Developed a range of sustainable coffees: Biological Coffee, Fair Trade Coffee and the Origins Range containing 30% of coffee with Rainforest Alliance certification.
Places at its customers disposal different communication channels: Direct contact with the commercial manager, Attendance Line, Technical Assistance, Website and Delta Magazine.
Developed a customer card used as a means of payment and permits to exchange points for prizes.
Created the Grão Mayor School, which provides training to professional baristas.

Supports the promotion of activities aimed at children and aged people well-being.
Created the Alice Nabeiro Education Centre open to the community with capacity for 115 children.
Also created the Post-Graduation International Centre Comendador Rui Nabeiro for the training of its collaborators and the community, among other supports to educational institutions based on this same objective.
