Concerned about the profitability of its customers´ business and in reply to market demands, the Tecnidelta department of Delta Cafés has developed the coffeemaker technical assistance service, provided by specialist technicians in two different areas: on-site, at the customer´s home, and off-site, at the Tecnidelta facilities.
Any defect whatsoever will be dealt with by a technician dispatched to the customer´s home, whereby the damaged appliance will be temporarily replaced with Delta equipment and the customer´s machine sent to the central Tecnidelta workshop in Campo Maior for repair.
